The production line often has the problem of excessive or slow loading of aggregates and powders. The general reason is that the air circuit of the air compressor needs to be maintained.
1. Change the air filter element of the air compressor in time, and pay attention to dust prevention (remember to replace the oil of the air compressor itself)
2. The air compressor, air storage tank, triple air source, and pressure reducing valve must be drained frequently [three times a day]
3. The air source triple unit ensures that the turbine oil is sufficient.
Furthermore, the maintenance of the transmission system of the concrete mixing plant
The efficiency of the production line is reduced and there is noise. In fact, it is the "maintenance" signal sent by the transmission system.
1. To replace the gears of each reducer, the maintenance cycle is 1000h/half a year (it needs to be replaced within 50h-100h of the first warranty).
2. Lubricate the transmission structures: main engine, screw reducer (both upper and lower ends need to add butter).
