Due to the different projects, there are many types of concrete mixing plants to choose from. Therefore, how to choose a suitable concrete mixing plant becomes the technical task of the project manager. For choosing a concrete mixing plant, there are some principles worth noting.
1. The performance label of the construction concrete in order to choose what kind of mixer host. Such as water conservancy projects must choose twin-shaft forced concrete mixer. In addition, the concrete batching machine and cement silo should be selected according to the type of concrete material.
2. Construction task and construction period, use these two parameters to choose the size of the concrete mixing plant. The transportation of finished concrete should also be considered when choosing. For example: direct pumping or vehicle delivery. The volume of the transport vehicle is also an important basis for determining the type of mixing equipment.
3. Construction volume and construction period. When the site requires a large amount of concrete to be poured at one time, with high quality requirements, and there is no concrete mixing station nearby, choose two sets of small batching plants, or choose a pair of dual main preparations.
4. When the traffic on the site is inconvenient, maintenance personnel need to spend a lot of time in and out of the site, choose two concrete mixing plants with smaller sizes, or prepare enough spare parts to ensure smooth construction.
5. Transportation distance. When the construction sites are scattered, the distance between the sites should not be too far. The transportation radius of concrete mixer trucks should not exceed 30 minutes, and the delivery time of dump trucks should not exceed 10 minutes. Multiple times of mixing are used to improve the utilization rate of the mixing station and the economic benefits of construction.
