1 When the concrete mixer is in use, it is necessary to prevent sand, stone and other miscellaneous materials from falling into the running part of the machine. When feeding, it is strictly forbidden to put your head and hands between the hopper and the frame to check and feel the feeding situation. 2.2 After the upper hopper is raised, it is strictly forbidden for personnel to pass or stay under the hopper. When cleaning the hopper, the hopper must be fastened with a chain to avoid accidents when the braking mechanism fails. During the operation of the machine, it is forbidden to use hands, shovels, sticks, etc. to reach into the cylinder to pull and pick materials.
2. During the work, the operator must stick to his post, mix the concrete according to the mix ratio given by the builder, and do not change the mix ratio at will, pay attention to the operation at any time, stop immediately if there is any abnormal sound or if a problem is found, and repair after cutting off the power.
3 If it is necessary to enter the stirring body, the power supply must be cut off, the fuse must be removed and the electric switch box should be locked, and there should be someone outside to supervise it.
4. In case of power failure or machine parts damage during use, the power supply should be cut off, and all materials stored in the mixing drum should be cleared before the concrete sets, and the mixing tube should be cleaned.
5 Wear a hard hat, safety shoes, and a mask when starting the machine, and do not leave the job. Do not allow unrelated personnel to operate on the console.
6 After the work is completed, after daily work, the dust inside and outside the slide must be cleaned, and there must be no water in the material slide. After each work, the hopper should be placed firmly or fixed, and it can also be placed at the lowest position. In mid-air, the power supply must be cut off after daily work
7 Repair and maintenance of the mixer Before use, the concrete mixer must check, adjust, and perform daily maintenance on the power, transmission, mixing systems, feeding and discharging, clutch water distribution device, check the lubrication of each moving part, and whether the tire pressure is 4.6 The ke/cm2 tire screws should be tightened, and the force on the four feet should be in a horizontal state. Adjust the position of the jumping roller, check the maintenance items every month, whether the spring steel plate and U-shaped screw are loose, whether the triangular tape and wire rope are too worn.
8 Keep the mixer and the surrounding environment clean and tidy.
